The Puppeteer Angels were, in hindsight, a flawed aspect of Belyom. Their design had not considered the available resources. Their interfaces were limited and unencrypted. Their minds were capable of deviating from her will. (Although that was presumably a necessity for their primary purpose.) Nevertheless, they would be adequate with proper support.
To that end, Belyom drew from the genomes of ten thousand species, few of which had ever been seen before, even in the world beyond, blended them together with skill that had not been seen in an age, and wrapped each of the myriad creatures in her cloning pods with a symbiotic mold to stabilize their bodies and allow them to survive even without any prey.
Within hours, her internal drones were herding chimeras in the general direction of the villages of her angel-drones.
3? Acts: Create Life (Mildly Magical Animal?): Create Fungal Chimeras in District 4Bear-sized hybrids of animals and fungus. They appear to be mixtures of several different animals and vary widely in appearance; one might be a mixture of lion, eagle, and serpent whereas another might be a mix between an anglerfish and a jellyfish and a third one might be a blend of wholly alien creatures. The only constants are that they are landbound, fairly mobile, and covered in a strange mold that serves as their digestive system.
Regardless of appearance, their abilities vary surprisingly little. They are broadly comparable to bears, including in diet, with the primary caveat that they can sustain themselves by hibernating in places well-suited to growing fungus, effectively turning themselves into fungal crops until some edible morsel presents itself.
The meat of fungal chimeras is somewhat poisonous to most creatures if not properly cooked due to a mild neurotoxin in the mold, although mechanical beings such as Puppeteer Angels are immune.
Issue an internal instructional bulletin to all Puppeteer Angels informing them of the Fungal Chimeras and their duties, namely worshiping me and surveying District 4.
