Call on the rain and/or spring/summer spirits for aid in causing a flash flood.

[Fluff] Life is good for Tamea Aha Yoon. Oceana is still water, and there is nothing in their way. The plate happily continues to push forward...

Have many seeds carried by the wind to a single direction marking it's importance.

Riverstiltskin calls in some favours from way back when they gave water to a suffocating cloud. And that time you hid your waters at the request of the strange eldritch beings of the seasons. Rains are beckoned from places far and near. Clouds thick and fat with gratitude lumber through the sky, as winds work the bellows and whisper of rumours and tales of distant lands, where the trees grow in the sea and the land grows stone trees instead.

It rains and rains and rains, until the water spills from your banks, sweeping across the land in a glorious wave, wrecking the homes and strange boats of any mortals who dared live to close to your shore. Mortal activity on the river decreases for a time, and the Forbidden River thanks you with pretty stones and secret clams.

Being privy to the gossip of passing butterflies and ant princesses, Rnoo knows of the coming spring cleaning. He had grown fond of the humans who had been his companions for several generations. In great puffs he releases clouds of flying seeds which all float in the direction of the nearest high ground.

Many people curiously followed the flying seeds, but could not understand their message. So they asked the wise elder, who asked the rook and the owl, and the rook did not know, but the owl had heard the secret whispers, and told of the Riverstiltkin's dark plans. So the humans thanked Rnoo with bowls of elephant fat and honey, hanging flower chains and clay charms among its branches, before abandoning their home and heading far away. Rnoo was alone.

And so the floods came, leaving Rnoo standing tall and proud amidst the waters.

The village, having been warned in time, survived unscatched, looking at the waters that had wiped all traces of their former homes with muted horror. They thanked again Rnoo, and the wise owls who they forbade to hunt. Yet even as they survived one disaster, another seemed to follow. In dark nights, watchmen kept reporting a massive horse staring at the new village under construction. When they went to investigate they could find only rocks. And horses are rare around here. The children have nightmares, and mothers are sure this is all an ill omen of some sort.

The one day a horse made of stone appeared in the middle of the village. The people were afraid and ravens cawed ominously on half-built roofs. They tried to move the statue, but it was far too heavy, heavier even than a stone of that size should be, like it had sprouted directly from the earth beneath its hooves.

In the end the chieftain ordered it buried under mud mixed with grass, and its mound covered in flowers, in hopes of appeasing the malevolent spirit.

As the last batch of mud covered the stone horse's ears, the world seemed to break. The ground rumbled, and the air screamed in agony. Animals were flying and running and scattering everywhere, sqauwking and roaring and looing in warning and horror. Screaming air solidified into a wall punching into everyone and causing several houses to collapse. In the distance the people could see a plume of black ash rising into the sky.

Eventually everyone calmed down, and scouts were sent to investigate, and discovered a new-born mountain leaking liquid fire. The elders consulted their memories and tortoises who were too slow to run away, and knew that this was a volcano, an angry and destructive spirit, who destroyed all around it to make way for the new.

Through it all there was a dread undercurrent that they had caused the volcano to be born by disrespecting the stone horse. Fortunately, the geography was such that the liquid fire would avoid the new village of the people, but they nevertheless uncovered the horse. Over time, staring directly at it became taboo, for it was a strange and dangerous being.

Tamae itched as it awoke from its sleep. There was a pressure building inside it, of something hot and bubbling. Eventually it burst upwards like a bubble. Oh well.

Oceana yawned in tides as she awoke to the storm telling her of the glorious flooding they had caused to curb the itching of the human shell-boats on the rivers. Oceana couldn't understand it. She liked the humans who were brave enough to venture into her endless waters. They were brave and cunning and curious, and watching them was always entertaining.

Tamea Aha Yoon yawns and stretches itself awake, then resumes its long journey. The earth may or may not splinter, leading to widespread fissures and tremors of various intensity...

Rnoo, sensitive to the great changes brewing, rustles his leaves in an ominous omen of what is to come. Some owls hoot in alarm at this, but sadly no wise are around to listen to them.

And then very land beneath the feet of the crawling, walking, running, flying creatures begins to shift and shake, as if turning over in its sleep. Forests are swallowed up by the earth, mountains are destroyed, only for new mountains to rise up, as the land itself changes completely over the course of a sun's journey.

The seas rise up in response, trying to swallow the land, filling up many of the new depressions in the restless earth.

Finally those humans who survived the catastrophe emerge from their broken villages and try to rebuild their communities, battered and lessened, but not yet broken, even as they have to relearn all around them and find new sources of food, leading to hungry moons, as life takes time to recover and grow again from this calamity.

Several villages of extended families are cut off from each other as a result of this geographical shift, including the Owl-Listeners, who with their new home destroyed, were happy to find Rnoo lifted up onto a hill by the shifting earth, and re-settled around him.

Yet even as they worked hard to rebuild their homes yet again, many villagers complained of having nightmares and waking up to find the ill-omened stone horse standing next to them. They dreamed of their friends betraying them or stealing their food or whispering bad things about them behind their back. So far no one has actually believed the nightmares to be true, but a certain tension has settled over the Owl-Listeners.

You exist. There are plants and animals, and sometimes people, though many of them have died or grown lesser due to the recent twin calamity. The people speak of a argument between the sea and land about who is the wisest.

Aquarius awakens, Aurora forming from the electrometric field all over the world even as new land rises from it's movements, and fierce storms form out at sea. Over the course of the time islands give rise to continents, and landbridges form between them. Eventually, Aquarius settles, aurora flickering out until the next time They awaken. Humans take note that change comes with the lights of the night.

The awakening of Aquarius has strengthened the growth of plants as well, to fill the new lands that have risen.

Streak through the sky like a fiery omen, wreathed in ominous fire, exerting a great tidal pull that drags the waters of the sea around until they get confused and forget what direction they were supposed to be flowing.
