Move the armies in 50 and 62 to 51.
Construct Fortifications in 50, 51, and 32.

Meanwhile in Reval, the remaining army decides to split off from their leaders and take all the ships to attack 48.

When the Reval leaders here of it, they shake their heads. (That's likely going to be the end of Reval as a state. They are now full protectorate of Sordland.)

Constructing a Railroad network in Province 5.  And research Radioactivity.(Not that it's likely to finish at this point. I hope you get armies down to 5 Sordland.)

In Hibernia, armies were placed on high alert and rallied at border provinces, while the territories were fortified.

In Reval, there was a confusion.
