Dunno if this is common or what. Anyhow, for the boring background story, I had just made my umpteenth adventurer to ask Mayor Bla for a quest. He sent me to the same place my last seven or so adventurers died. Rather irritated, I proceeded to rip his eyes out and hack him to death, which led to me fighting out of the city, which led to me killing every human I could find in my pocket world.

Eventually I died of something suitably ignoble, and checked the legends page to see there were about four people left alive. Shocked, I made a new adventurer to remedy this. Before killing the few remaining townsfolk, I was sure to talk them up about their family, as I figured there may be more left somewhere...

Then I started getting responses like this...

Remind me to make more pocket worlds.

Make a pocket world, find a human civ, kill all but one man and one woman.  Then, use the fortress trick to advance several years forward.  Finally, return to that town and start asking questions.
