Cannot use the contact form on dffd

It seems like the contact form on dffd is broken (http://dffd.bay12games.com/contact.php); whenever I try to send an email, I get the following error:

Error
Error - You may not POST to this script from your previous location: https://dffd.bay12games.com/contact.php

The error also appears if I am logged in.

Where else can I contact the maintainers of dffd?
