Tired of seeing "provide for your dwarves" in the intro of a mod that does not involve dwarves?

The WTFTools utility has been floating around for a while, but it's never been very user-friendly so it's never really been widely used. So I made a few batch files to make it easier for less-technical people.

I can't really take credit for it, but some people might find it useful.
