Suggestion: Arch-Conservatives shall not be disarmed! Augment weapons possible?

Not even sure this is possible, but at C+ Gun laws after a certain time (when the other future stuff appears), maybe citizens have a shotgun or other firearm grafted onto their arm.  Revised 2nd Amendment: The Government shall not disarm its citizens, instead it shall ensure that no citizen can be disarmed!
