Alfi-R-NA lets go of the box and joins IM-R-4GOT on his way to R&D.

You enter R&D.  You see a Blue Counter.  On it are a pair of RED Boots, a RED Gun, and an Infrared box with a RED button on it.  Next to the Counter is 2 meter tall robot with four arms.  One arm ends in a sawblade, the opposing arm in a drill, the other two end in hands with 3 fingers and an opposing metal thumb.  It is holding a long RED rifle in the right upper hand.

You notice a man with BLUE fuzzy hair, BLUE overalls, BLUE glasses, and a big smile behind the BLUE Counter.

Ah, welcome Troubleshooters.  I have several wonderful things for you to test!  Each of you can pick one!
I'll let the fine young clone carrying the box pick first!

Greetings, my name is Doctor-B-OOM-4.  If we knew what they did, exactly, we wouldn't need you to test them, eh?
What I can tell you is that The Gun is supposed to be a Gun, the Robot is a Combot or combat robot, and Boots are Rocket Boots.
We have no idea what the Button Box does.  Since your friend didn't take it with them, you can take it if you wish.

To clarify, are you going anywhere? Outside R&D is a hallway, and past that is a stairwell.  There are also other rooms on your floor of the building.
Alternatively, you could stay in R&D and find out what is going on with your robot.

You see a switch in the back with the word Asimov Circuit over it.  It is at the small of the back that the robot can't reach.

Alfi-R-NA heads out into the hallway just in time to see Eye-R-EYE dart into the stairwell.

To keep things moving, Doctor-B-OOM-4 tosses the Red Rocket Boots at IM-R-4GOT and quickly shoves everyone out into the hallway who is still in R&D.
