So the premise is that since all our senses are handled by our brains, they could do anything as far as our consciousness is concerned. And due to this apparent omnipotence, we can consider them "God"? Is that the riddle solved?

I wouldn't want God in my brain, watching what I do, and secretly judging me all the time, like some kind of judgmental bastard.

Is there a way to turn His judgemental voice off or lower the volume? Should I attempt trepanation? 

Just block his number and get light blocking shades on the windows that's what I did to get away from his judgment.
