Beaverfolk Mod for Planned LP

Here is the beaverfolk mod for the planned Dam Building Let's Plan.

I know that the beaverfolk work, but I sorta kitbashed dwarves/humans/elves, so they're likely to still have some love of wealth, gems, etc.
May or may not love wood, but they won't go to war over your wood cutting.  I mean, they're the worst offenders for wood cutting, it would be hypocritical for them to attack you over felling a forest.

Since they have fur, I made them Winter Traders.  Dunno how that will work out.
