Is there a tag to remove stress at all?

So, subj.
I think there is, as animals and other [intelligent] don't have stress arrows.

Other intelligent creatures are affected by stress despite not having the indicators. This is what PoW coinsplitting depends upon.

I believe stress is an inherit side-effect of CAN_LEARN

You can harden them up with modding, it is possible to tweak it.

High levels of sneaking (ambusher) omit weather related bad thoughts, and levels of discipline applied through 'natural skill' tokens are noted to take the edge off dwarves having negative thoughts about the death of sentients.

0 emotional awareness as a creature-personality trait, especially in animals will make them totally unreactive to the death of others including their own kind. Beside this there is actually a stress vunerability personality facet that acts as a dampener/magnifier already.

This would be my solution if I wanted stress-less dwarves. Add the line [PERSONALITY:STRESS_VULNERABILITY:0:5:9] to dwarves in the raws to get stress impervious dwarves. Alternatively, if you don't want such a sweeping change, you could put a syndrome on a plant that changes stress vulnerability values when consumed.

I have these in raws:
[PERSONALITY:DEPRESSION_PROPENSITY:0:0:0]
[PERSONALITY:STRESS_VULNERABILITY:0:0:0]
[PERSONALITY:HOPEFUL:100:100:100]
[PERSONALITY:VANITY:0:0:0]
[PERSONALITY:SWAYED_BY_EMOTIONS:0:0:0]

But it doesn't work.

[NO_EMOTION] should remove all stress; dwarves will be apathetic no matter what happens.

And also all of these do nothing:
   [INTELLIGENT]                                 [NO_SLEEP][NO_FEVERS][NO_DIZZINESS] [LIKES_FIGHTING][NOFEAR][ALL_ACTIVE]
   [TRANCES]                                     [NOEMOTION] [NOTHOUGHT]

STRESS is buried somewhere deeper.

This is because actually gaining stress is due to BRAVERY. If you have [PERSONALITY:BRAVERY:100:100:100], dwarves will never be stressed.
