Another burst flies form the stubber towards the cowering Ork, only to miss once again. It is surprisingly difficult to hit a running Ork with fully automatic fire even when you arn't moving particularly fast.

Dropping the knife, the Flamer guardsman shouts thanks to the Emperor as he begins the multiple turn process of making his weapon functional again.

He fails his roll to unjam the weapon. Anyone in earshot has now picked up every local curse-word.

Both Orks continue to be pinned. Making the illogical decision to run away by running forward, the Axe Ork continues running until he gets in the PDFs trench where he is ironically safe from machine gun fire. Apparently feeling slightly orkier, the rockeetier fires in your general direction from behind a tree. For once your speedy movement proves valuable as it crashes to where you had been only a few moments ago. How it managed to get that close is a mystery to everyone.

The Gunner Orks continue rushing forward at full speed.

You would have gotten another +5 if you took a Comrade instead of intentionally not doing that.

Isn't full auto a to-hit *bonus* in this system? Supposed to be accuracy through volume, then you see how many of those shots hit by the degrees of success.

It was, but apparently they figured that doing more damage and making it way easier to hit made full auto weapons too overpowered. In return Full/Semi burst was turned into a half action. Which does mean you can pair it with aim now.

You jump off the main gun in order to use your teeny tiny flashlight. The Chimera hits a bump. You misses wildly. Off-into-space wildly.

Gunnar awkwardly squeezes out the hatch next to the medic since all the gun ports on this side are now well over crowded. Gill even more awkwardly squeezes in next to the other two. Both of you shoot in the general direction of the Axe Orc.

In a completely typical display of guardsmen accuracy, you both miss by miles.
