"The creepy bastard who got me to close the walls on everyone, that sounds like him. He seemed a cut above Ghal, and then some, so he might've had something like this stowed away."

Rork sighs, still regretting his decision to listen to the mysterious rider. Even if it had turned out for the better, he thinks that Ghal's trickery was the only thing preventing Noelle from being killed. He didn't seem like the kind of person to keep a promise if it meant a loose end was left dangling.

"So, boss. What do we do with Noelle. If it helps any, I know she joined just barely after I left Ghal in the dust. Her crimes aren't that many, and... That major blood thing, that means she's strong, eh?"

"Me? Strong? Ehehehe, ya big ol' oaf."
Noel scratches her head as she turns her head away, slightly blushing.
"I'd need to consider it very carefully, Rork. There is strength in a divine bloodline, but it must be trained. As she is right now, she's probably on par with a Minor Blood or a dedicated Bloodless at best... Still, strength aside, the mere fact she has Major Blood changes a lot. For now, she'll be a prisoner, but treated well."
"Ah, dangit... Eh, as long as Ghal's gone, I'll take it. Just wanna get out of here."

Dunas turns to Maria.

"I'm afraid I have to share your concerns. As unlikely as it is for someone noble to get their hands on the Emblem, it's still more likely than a commoner getting it."
The knight sighs deeply.
"Well, as they say, don't wait for Meshel to prepare a fest. I don't exactly know my next steps yet, but there will be steps I'll take... Frankly speaking, I hope to continue to be able to rely on you. With this reveal of events, right now I'd trust you more with my life than any Duke or Duchess, or even one of the Five Knights, as long as this mystery prevails."

He faces Emilia and bows his head while placing his right fist over his chest. A demure gesture.
"I have no authority over the Battle Maidens and, frankly speaking, I strained the limits of our alliance by dealing with mere bandits after Caranbough Hills. We found no Darkspawn since then for six weeks and with the end of Ghal's Marauders, Wyrmpeak will find peace and your mission has been fulfilled. Nevertheless, I beseech you for the continuation of our alliance, Lady Emilia."

Lulu doesn't really care about what exactly her blood means nor cares about what her parents may have had. Right now she is completely enamored in her new meal ticket.

"Lulu whatever you have there I'll make certain to get you anything you want as long as you promise not to sell this thing. At least, of course, until i properly got to study it's intended purpose."

"Oh? But you already owe me cakes for that last book I gave you. But I mean, if you're sure you want to add to your dept I SUPPOSE I can hold off on selling this. I could probably convince some schmuck its the real deal if I try hard enough." She just twirls the medallion on her finger tip once she got a feeling for it's weight. Which... would probably cause the red light to circle around the room as well.

"Don't worry about that, Maria. If I determine it to be the true Fire Emblem, Lulu, place it back into the case. No amount of money can reach you within the deepest cell of the dungeon if you'd try to pilfer it."

Lulu kinda sweats a bit after Dunas' words, still spinning the medallion making the room strobe light with faint red. "C-Come oooooon. Lord Dunaaaaasssss! Y-... you wouldn't REALLY lock up your most favorite royal knight..."

"R-r-right?"

Rhian sighed. It was bound to come up sooner or later, and it didn't actually say much on its own anyway.
"Give it here. I'll try not to bleed on it too much." She thrust her axe through a loop on her belt before reaching out toward Lulu.

Lulu visibly grumbles and pouts when Rhian extends her hand. She bounces the medallion off her finger and quickly catches it to stop it spinning. She just shoves it into the knight's hand before she looks away from everyone and scours the room. There has to be SOMETHING in this treasure room to fill the medallion sized hole in her heart... and wallet.

Rhian rolled her eyes at the thief's reaction and snatched the thing back irritably.
"Here goes nothing."

She turned to Dunas and opened her palm to let him observe the inevitable soft grayish glow.

"R-r-right?"
"That you say something like that just goes to show how unaware you are of the importance - and implications - of the Fire Emblem being here."

As for Rhian, this indeed shows her as being of Minor Cuthel. Not as prestigious as being of the bloodline of Charos in Dunland, but it definitely stands out enough.
"I see... As far as I'm concerned, this is the real thing. Anyone else wishing to know their bloodline, I will turn a blind eye towards it now, otherwise return it to the case for transport."

Lulu wouldn't need long to find something. Gold coins, trinkets and baubles, chaotically strewn across the room. Likely due to Noel having searched every nook and cranny in the room to escape from before. She can feel Dunas' eyes burning into her back though. Unsurprising, these are stolen goods in the end and she can imagine he'd prefer it if all the valuables in the room would return to their rightful owners.
The colorful trickster can vividly see with her inner eye that Dunas would probably force Lulu to manage correspondence with every single town on the continent to return the goods if she would take as much as a single coin. A frightening vision indeed.

"If I hear a peep out of any of you about that, I'll beat you unconscious with that case." She held the Emblem out for anyone who wanted to take it, and if nobody did so, she would return it to its home.

Maria was certain to keep an eye out on the thief, and while at it, she scanned the room for any sort of different valueable goods she had in mind; a book on some of the dark arts would suffice for her own curiosity, but she was willing to put up with anything that granted knowledge and maybe a clue on what was going on here.

... She's already fairly sure, even if the ceremony was never done, Grandmother did hire mages for it. So... still. Knowing, or not.

"If it is all right with Sir Dunas, I will see as well."

Rhian handed it over to Artair.
"Here."
With it in someone else's care, she moved to Emilia's side.
"I'd personally rather stay here." She wanted to say she'd follow the woman if she left, but something in her gut told her that she couldn't leave. Rhian owed Emilia her life, but there were things moving. Big things, and Rhian was going to stay near their center.

"Ah~" Artair fumbles a bit as it's shoved in with her eyes closed. Though.. Tellingly, it does not shine, and Artair slumps a tiny bit.

"I.. Suppose this means it's certainly not a fake enchanted to glow randomly. I expected this."

Still hurts a bit. Well, nothing for it but to continue on her own merits. For Family.

Feeling Lord Dunas' gaze all over her, Lulu falls to her knees in defeat. (Similar to the orz / OTZ poses) All this gold, gems, jewelry & parfait funds all in front of her and she can't take any of it! UGH!!! Why does being morally right have to suck so much! It's the villager's fault if they can't protect their wealth! They all should just take the money and party or something! Lulu really wants to cry right now.

"I'm calling dibs on whatever book we find here, whatever it may be I'm certain if I can study it it'll be worth more than gold to us"

Maintaining her defeated pose, Lulu pulls out the fire tome she pilfered earlier. "I got this book... It's bright red though and not particularly a black or dark purple." Lulu's despair oozes out from her voice as she speaks, "Probably some sort of basic fire magic or something stupid like that... not even enough to fund a couple meals probably... practically worthless garbage..."

Ceodor, who had been shackled like the others despite the earlier assistance, shimmies closer to Lulu.
"I believe this 'garbage' belongs to me, if you got it from the storage room."
He lowers his head.
"Although I'm at no position to negotiate, obviously..."
"We'll discuss this later at the outpost, Ceodor. As for you, Lulu... ... If you behave and keep that tome safe for now, you'll get a piece of cake, pie or tart of your choice from me."

"Dunas, Dunas!! We should see if new friend who like squirrels has super fancy magic blood." Eiriol excitedly said to Dunas "Ooh better yet we should see if the squirrel back at the keep has some as well and the horse, oh and Uncle who isn't my Uncle but likes to call himself Uncle." She continued to growing more excided as she remembered other people or just random animals that where around the keep.

"... I get that you're intrigued by the Emblem's ability, but we shouldn't use it willy-nilly like that. It does not belong to us. Aside from that... err... even if there would be divine bloodlines among the animals, I doubt an Emblem could detect them as it is geared towards the six bloodlines of humans..."

Ceodor looks in Eiriol's direction with a faint smile.
"You're a blessed one. But there's no need for me to find out about my blood. I'm Ceodor and that is enough for me."
