Subject: draft mortgage contract

This is a Mortgage contract between Deutsche Bank and Blacksand Industries (the "Parties") with a Duration of 6 turns, starting on the turn it is signed by both Parties.

Deutsche Bank agrees to deliver immediately to Blacksand Industries:
* 10 machines
* the starchart to the food planet Zoeal

In return, Blacksand Industries agrees to all of the below:
* deliver 12 machines to Deutsche Bank. These will be delivered according to the Schedule below.
* deliver a starchart to a mining planet to Deutsche Bank immediately
* pay Deutsche Bank a one time fee of 20MF and two food immediately
* Lend one Fleet to Deutsche Bank for the first 4 turns of the Duration of the contract.

If any player or NPC declares hostility to Blacksand Industries during the Duration of the contract, Deutsche Bank will immediately send the following units to help defending their planets:
* The fleet lended from Blacksand Industries (unless the Lend period for this fleet has ended)
* The fleet named Angela Merkel
* Any other fleets and armies that Deutsche Bank may have under their control
In case this happens:
* Exploration missions for any of these units will be cancelled
* Blacksand Industries will decide on what planet to deploy each of the units
* For the purpose of security, Blacksand Industry will not need to disclose to Deutsche Bank where the units are employed
* The units will continue to be available to Blacksand Industries for their defense until they are destroyed or until hostilities between Blacksand Industry and the hostile party or parties have ended.

The Schedule for repayment of the machines is as follows.
Let Start be the turn on which the contract is signed by both Parties. Let Start + N be the Nth turn after the Start turn.
