Bin Rework

Radical idea regarding the use of bins.

How about instead of being work containers (like barrels/pots), they just nessecitate storage?

At a time, you could order your dwarves to 'turn over' and empty out a number of bins into a stockpile, which would release 20 so odd materials like bars of iron or craftgoods into individual remaining squares as normal without feeding into back into itself by creating a 'inactive' state for bins tallied out of how many remaining bins have been emptied.

Then you can hit a 'Refill bins' option in the stockpile with sub-options like "From links only" or "From this stockpile" to set the bin to active again. This way, youre remotely able to hold and store goods from the caravan and then empty them out at leisure so they can be sorted or bin transported wholesale, as no objects can manually pass in or out of a bin inactive.

The easiest analogy is treating them like shipping crates with a bolt-lock.
