Clearing fallen or dead trees is a a great workout. I remember my arms getting so worn out from all the repetitive sawing I did.
That being said, 75 feet of tree sounds like a real doozy. I never had to deal with such a large tree before. Good on you for taking on such a large árbol.

Started at 260ish.  Weight today:  260ish lol.

Finally forced myself back into it.  The goal is to run a half marathon again

Anywho, I decided to try yoga. I realised I have a moderate muscle imbalance, and the adoption of forms is helping me to notice where and redress it. Also it's kinda relaxing. Anyone know any good youtube routines for already-kinda-fit beginners?

I ran 20 minutes outside. It is good that the cold is not that bothersome yet. Maybe when it's windy and the wind chill is bad it will be too unbearable to run at night for extended periods of time.

A request for some specific advice, I've had another asthma (Technically bronchoconstriction but you get the idea) attack during Jiu-Jitsu. Aside from taking regular puffs from my inhaler, does anyone know of any way to avoid the attacks during especially high level exertion? So long as I take a puff before the start I'm usually fine, but when the senseis are really pushing us (Such as during a grading) that doesn't seem to be enough and I get an attack.
