So of the prisioners i saved i was wrong. It appears there was a single elf child which was killed by the demon. That was Dipane Catchgrotto who is Nemo's nephew. So there is hope his niece is still alive. But poor Nemo lost his nephew.

So his sister Gica Flaxenslap is also still imprisioned along with his niece Are Friendlyvine. Returning there to destroy goblins so there is still hope they are alive.

Hello, I wanted to go ahead and start doing some minor planning for our next phase with this world!
There's still some world endangering threats left for us to deal with, and if you've read the lore posts then you'll see that the world has no army to spare any longer and heroes are few these days.
What we need is a team, but a team that knows that they probably aren't coming back...A suicide squad
We will run this like some other forum adventure mode games where you build the character and I guide the group. As I update you get to choose the general direction of the group! Think of it as DnD with myself and the game sharing roles as Dungeon Master

Civilization of origin: The Silver of Staves
Background: Underdark Hunter and criminal
Skills: Axe, pickaxe, ambush and swimming as primaries
Gear Preference: Light armor to more easily dodge cave spiders. Prefers a metal cap.
Personality: anti-social and gruff. Wants to avoid conversation when possible, but enjoys sharing experiences
Values: Has strong sense of honor and dignity, but no respect for law or order.
Why you are on the squad: Grugni is a "deep-delver". An illegal caste of dwarves who live in exile in the deep caverns and continue to dig looking for wealth despite their people previously unleashing horrors upon the world that still torment it to this day. Grugni only comes up to trade rare animal parts and gems for booze, but was arrested for his crimes against the world. He will be allowed to go free if this mission is successful.




Caveat rule*
If you pick something crazy like being an elephant man I'll nerf your skills to prevent you from breaking the challenge

I forget can an animal person be played as an out cast or not, because last time I played I was able to be an out cast as an animal person but I forget if that's a vanilla thing or something I modded.
