Giant Cave Spider Overhaul

I will not be uploading this on the workshop for the time being, feel free to do so yourself if you want to!

This mod aims to make the giant cave spiders you may find in the depths more valuable to you alive than dead, and for more than just their valuable silk.

Features currently include:
  • GCSs are no longer born as adults, and take 2 years to grow into adulthood, allowing you to fully tame them.
  • Fully tamed GCSs can be trained as war animals, and used as exotic mounts.
  • Dwarves now have a handful of other features they can like (or revile) GCSs for, such as their valuable silk or venom-dripping fangs.
  • GCSs now have a bit longer of a lifespan.

Planned Features:
  • Spider Silk Linothorax: A piece of chest under-armor that has very poor protection against blades and bludgeons, but excellent protection against piercing attacks.
  • GCSs requiring live food - such as livestock, prisoners, or that elven diplomat trying to tell you to not chop down so many trees.
  • Specially-made armor for your war spiders, granting them greater durability and effectiveness in battle.
  • Goblins having access to their own tame GCSs for sieges, but not the knowledge of how to armor them.
