Recently, a growing department within the NSA has begun fielding directional electrical antennas, explaining that such devices can detect lighting from far off electrical storms.  Unfortunately, these antennas capture a lot of "anthropological noise," in the form of radio transmissions.  (By coincidence, these directional antennas receive within military frequency bands.)  Raw data from the directional antennas is directed to General Computation Headquarters back at shore, who filters out this noise and returns the clean data to the lightning detection researchers.  Naturally, General Computation Headquarters employs a staff of linguists to identify "anthropological noise" from "meteorological signal."  (Presumably, General Computation Headquarters discards all this radio noise, especially the foreign military stuff.)

Just a nice upstanding civilian research program there.  We need this kind of stuff for postwar reconstruction.  It's our focus on these kinds of peaceful endeavors that separates us from our militaristic Southern Neighbors.

This one isn't going to be feasible for reasons stated by MoP earlier (not wanting Caelium to invade gavrillium's domain as a power thing) but I ran some math and therefore I want to write a proposal anyway.

Alice is Theoretical. It's not just the sub and the equipment, but the story being sold as well. If you want this thing to be seen as anything other than a thinly veiled snoopin' sub you're going to need some hard work and a little luck.

Fourerfly is Easy, but slightly closer to Normal than the others since it's the majority of the structure as opposed to a module that's being experimental material'd

I'll take a stab at a different design for levisteel, since the cessna is stuck on easy I want to see the difficulty on something a bit different.

NO!
The Mosquito is made almost entirely (where applicable) out of an innovative alloy of Caelium, Levisteel. This is a design
Chez-30 Machinepistol
The Chez-30 is a discrete looking black select-fire pistol chambered in 7×28mm Valkria, a surprisingly powerful round common in North Harren. When set to automatic it fires at 600 rpm and comes with 20 and 30 round magazines.
Primarily intended for issue to guards and plainclothes officers, it will make its way into military service sooner rather than later.

Lets go for this.
The helicopter was a fun idea, but as a Very Hard project it isn't suitable for the goal we are setting here, which is Levisteel.
