If they go through with that soon everyone will be asking for one.

Which way will it go next. Privatized nukes for the rich, or thermonuclear power to the people?

Germany/Italy have nuclear sharing with the US

The problem is that the US is not reliable anymore. Hence the interest in nuclear sharing with France or UK.

But there are no guarantees that France/UK will stay reliable

Poland officially requested US nukes to be stationed in Poland
The president made this appeal, but he's not the head of the government.

Polish prime minister Tusk has said that Poland will develop it's own nuclear weapons.
Pd: Afaik Tusk talks more about NW sharing with France rather than indigenous nukes
The comment was about developing our own nuclear capabilities as a better alternative to nuclear sharing with France. But it was an off-hand comment, about long-term possibilities, with little actual weight behind it.

I'd be happier if martinuzz weren't spreading half-truths, like he is wont to do.

Also, I thought this was the Ukraine thread, not the Euro politics one.
