(Premium) ...To dungeons deep, and caverns peanut butter

Ore walls are vibrant and detailed, awesome.  However, as soon as you smooth a natural ore wall, it changes to something resembling peanut butter.  Burnt peanut butter even.  I suggest that smoothed ore walls retain the look style of rough stone ore walls.

You need to be able to tell the difference, so that wouldn't work. Just need a better colour.

Maybe the engravers are just lazy and smear (burnt) peanut butter on the walls and say that it's smoothed, thinking nobody will notice it?

I usually don't smooth ore walls because of this.  Perhaps some of that black void space in the center of the blocks could be utilized to make them more aesthetically pleasing when smoothed?  If the smoothed gold maybe retained that same nice gold texture on the inside, and had a thinner layer of peanut butter, maybe with some small nougats sprinkled in for shiny.
