Is there a way to set the item value>
« on: August 06, 2023, 10:43:05 pm »

I have been going through the mod part of the wiki. But, I cannot find anything on how to set the items actual value. I assume either I'm missing something, or its based off materials used in creation.

Either way knowing how the value system works would be helpful

thank you

Like much in DF it is complex, but in short: both form and material determine value, and quality if the form can hav a quality. Item value goes into detail.

Did some testing with soap bars the highest value I could get a bar of soap to be was 2750, I did this by changing [material_value:xx] token inside of a plant inside the soap template.
