The usual Christmas Eve with relatives was ongoing full blast, at time of thread-start. Ate a bit too much (two lots of pie; two lots of cake; a significant quantity of the cheesboard[1]), but had already planned for that by having nothing much since breakfast!
For some reason, I'm still very much awake, but secure in the knowledge that Christmas Day (already four hours in, technically) is a bit less intensive. Nothing happening until about 2pm, when there will be a much smaller dinnertime (and hopefully not too much dinner) occasion, up the road. It's at that point that I will discover if anybody has bought me socks (I've been putting off buying some new ones, for a month or two, presuming that I shall no longer want for them imminently), and all the rest that is entailed.
Oh yeah, nearly forgot... The new Wallace & Grommit, which I shall have to try to coordinate my presence in front of a suitably tuned TV screen for (as an event separate from any cinema/streaming releases it might be getting, which might be the preference for others, but glad it's not compulsary).
Then nothing much defined until the weekend (some visiting happens then), and I can predict a possible NYE/NYD mini-'party' in the midst of next week, but the rest of the time's my own, and I've more than enough distractions (even beyond Bay12) to probably keep me "busy doing nothing".
[1] Please take note, those places that do pub lunches and evening meals, I do not consider a so-called-cheesboard[2] as an alternative within a sweet-course list.
[2] And providing about a dozen different crackers, but such meager proportions of cheese (so as to barely make half of them necessary), is not exactly my idea of a cheese course/option, either.
