it dont work -.-
it will reject like 2000 geions then i just get pissed and stop help oh and you need the creature_standard entry to?

Do you have LOG_MAP_REJECTS set to on in your init file?  It'll tell you why a world is rejected.

Have you tried copying the modded files into a fresh copy of DF?  I had that problem once while working on my Bay Watcher Arena V2.0 stuff, and that fixed it.

Did you delete Dwarfs?

ok yes but i put them back and just removed there CIV_CONTROLLABLE tag so and in entity i placed them at top of list above dwarf this bad?

PUt them in a different group as dwarves. That should fix it. Also, add [INDIV_CONTROLLABLE].

In the Creaturefile you have 2 times the [Damblock: ] tag. Maybe thats your bug so delete one of this tags and try again.

1. Put that goddamn [CIV_CONTROLLABLE] tag back in
2. There is no such biome as [BIOME:ALL_DESERT]. You want [BIOME:ANY_DESERT] (or the original, [BIOME   :DESERT_ROCK]).
3. They have two material tokens, I doubt that does anything bad, but MAYBE it fucked something up.

If this does not fix it, post EVERY SINGLE TOKEN you added or removed from my original mod, in both the monolith's creature and entity files. My monoliths worked perfectly, so the problem lies on your end.
