If I give a creature more than one [UPPERBODY], will it die if one is destroyed, or do they all need to be destroyed to kill it?

If one upper body is destroyed, the creature will die.

This is the same for hydras having one of their heads destroyed.

Well, you can have multiple [LOWERBODY]s destroyed without dying.  I haven't tried anything with multiple [UPPERBODY]s yet, so I can't say for certain how that's affected.
