Funny how there are no words of any race that describe another race.  Goblins don't know what they are, and neither do Dwarves or Humans.

I was thinking about this some... maybe they were purposefully left out:

1. because racial names are universal ("dwarf" is "dwarf" in Dwarven, Goblin, etc)
2. to prevent some of the more generic-sounding names (Elfland)
3. so when civilizations have different cultures down the line they are referred to by the civ, not the race (German, Spainard)

We could add them.
