Pet Smelting

PET is an item token. Does that mean I can make pets from reations?
Would [PRODUCT:100:1:PET:NO_SUBTYPE:PET:DOG] make a dog?

You can use creatures in reactions, but not that way. There was a topic on it that I remember but I can't find it for the moment, the system was very arcane and you needed to write another creature name and a material because they corresponded to memory addresses or something.,
And it only work on vermin as they are treated by the game as objects and not creatures, so even if you can make dogs they wont have any AI.
And they will be eaten by cats...

It's "Gullinbursti". I had to look this up on encyclopedia mythica.  :( I obviously need to study Norse myth more. To amazon.com!
