Um... Download the save. I'm guessing BFEL gave it to you. Extract it into the Data/Saves folder. Make sure the "NecroThreat" folder doesn't have another folder named "NecroThreat" inside of it. Then... start the game. To extract... move the file you downloaded to Data/Saves. Right-clicking it should give you the option to "Extract here". Assuming you're on a PC... if you're on something else, or not using Windows... I have no idea.
