What does this tag do, determine how big of a creature has to wield it two-handed?  There's nothing on the wiki about it, someone should probably remedy that.

Any creature of that size or smaller must use both hands when wielding the weapon, yes.  It doesn't deter goblins from using their halberds in one hand, but it's fun to pretend that they do.
