Dwarves unable to complete their artifact go mad.

It would be nice if we had some way to telling how long they have left. For example, little tags that get more and more crazy as time goes on.

"Urist Noglamt, Leatherworker, is frothing at the mouth!" sort of thing.

It would also be nice if finding needed items bought the dwarf more time.
