There was this one called The Ultimate Nightmare of the Wizards of The Coasttm Customer Service, so I guess they can write in really small font when they need to.

There was this one called The Ultimate Nightmare of the Wizards of The Coasttm Customer Service, so I guess they can write in really small font when they need to.

I think that was an Unglued/Unhinged card... one card I remember was like "Something with a really long name elemental" or something... the abbreviation was 10 letters  :D

Then there was "Big Furry Monster" or BFM... it came in 2 cards... and it cost 99...  :D

Here's one:

Dwarven Atom Smasher (4RR) (<-- My numberings might be way off so change it at will)

Comes into play tapped and doesn't untap during your upkeep phase.

I think things that are decidedly DF should be in.

Like catsplosion, killer carp, zombie elephant, elven caravan, cannibal elves, kobold thief, goblin snatcher, HFS. You know.

(Fun because it won't actually hurt the players- they are not involved in the chaos. All the creatures die, though. The idea is that each creature can be targeted separately, not all at once.)

Dwarven Mechanism 5UR
Artifact-Dwarven
Flip a coin five times. For each head, you may deal 1 damage to target creature or player. For every tail, Insideous Machine deals 1 damage to a creature of an opponent's choice.

Catsposion 1GG
Enchantment
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, all players gain a number of 1/1 green cat tokens equal to the number of cat tokens they already have, plus one.

What's wrong with my Cat-Splosion?

I think the races should be like this:
R (mount.) - Dwarves, mountain creatures (eagles, gnomes, goats)
W (plains) - Humans, creatures of the plains (all manner of felines, wolves, elephants)
G (forest) - Elves, creatures of the forest (bears, unicrons, wolves, etc)
B (swamp) - giant toads, frog demons, lizardmen
U (islands) - merpeople, fish, sea serpents
BW - kobolds, ratmen
RB - goblins, batmen

Cannot be blocked by Traps.

I thought of a few new cards (and changed my last message a bit)

All these are just ideas so feel free to suggest improved versions.

Mayor 1RR
Creature - Dwarf Advisor
Haste

At the beginning of your upkeep you may pay RRR, if you don't, tap target creature you control and Mayor does 2 damage to that creature.  (Mandates. I know someone else should do the damage, but it's easier this way.)

Hammerer 2RR
Creature - Dwarf (Warrior?)
3/2
Double strike (at least they seem to have that against their fellow dwarves)
(There also could be some drawbackthingie here)

Fortress Guard 3R
Creature - Dwarf Warrior
Fortress Guard can't block (At least it seems like it.  ;D)
Trample (I was going to add haste, but then I thought about it)

On a related note, I think we have forgotten something important, the legendary creatures! Firstly Captain Ironblood (He should be red and expensive, maybe indestructible?) Also Urist from One Dwarf Against The World would be an interesting character. I'll try to make her now.

I started thinking that protection from Traps would be better, because it would make Kobolds safe from their abilities as well as not able to be blocked by them.

Sacrifice an artifact.  Target creature gets a +1/+1 counter.  If its the artifact is a creature, instead add X+1 +1/+1 tokens to target creature, where X is the artifact's power.

~This is a Oaken Shield, it is studded with... ROPE REED?!

This is the best you're going to get, if you want it to actually be ferasible.  +X/+Y tokens are too confusing, and you cannot easily reference the P/T boosts of an equipment, and frankly it doesn't look very elegant or interesting, and the effect is too dull for it to be worth it.

Right. How about 1R and we make it only affect one card? I wanted to make it like you "snatched" the card, without getting decks mixed up; so I know it's out of line for the color pie. Perhaps if it was black it would fit better?

Your Catsplosion (you also missed the "l") doesn't convey the nature of the catsplosion. Either have each player pay mana, or take damage according to the amount of cats. It also should go away unless at least two cats are in play.
