What do i edit to make attacks dodged less,shields block less etc?

Im sick of being somthing stronger than a megabeast so what do i edit?Oh and more importantly what do i edit it to?

What im trying to do:
Make armor block MUCH less
Make shields block less
Make attacks be dodged much less
Make those meant to be tough things attacks be blocked MUCH less
etc etc

 Reduce the [COVERAGE:X] on armour and the [BLOCKCHANCE:X] on shields. I don't know if you can do anything about dodge.
