Setting Default Supplies/Skills?

Is there any way i can set the Default Supplies/Skills? A mod or file i can edit? While i may change some items depending on the area, im always going to take 2 picks, 11 of the 2 point meats, ect. Its just a little tedious to re-build my supply list whenever my fortress suffers from "Burning Dwarf" syndrome. Just wondering.
