-You are arrested when you move into a new neighborhood for claiming all of your neighbors possesions are yours.
-You never complete tasks claiming you "Need the appropriate workshop" to do them.
-You wonder why you didn't change color after you became proficent with your new job
-Take wood working class in order to become a Talented Carpenter
-Go to your local bar, and try to recruit drunks
-You walk up to anyone who seems to blink, and ask them for quest
-You have rings or spikes of material hanging from your most prized possesions.
-You stop chasing after "invaders" claiming they've gone over your border.

You know you've played too much Dwarf Fortress when:

- You can't figure out why you're not flashing, even though you've been doing nothing but making rock instruments for the last 3 years.

- You consider it normal for a short, bearded man to wear 5 dresses.

- You skin your cat and wonder why you can't make a tunic out of it.

- You post more than 3 ideas in this thread

- You consider soap useless for anything other than a construction material.

- You find yourself walking over the same patch of grass to try and find out if there's useful stone underneath.

- You go into a crystal shop and find yourself more knowledgeable than the staff there.

- You see hematite in aforementioned crystal shop and wonder how many +Steel short swords+ you could make from it.

- You see elves in a fantasy story and think, "No! Don't trust them! THEY'RE GONNA EATCHU!"

- You look at a river and wish you had your +<*Copper Pick*>+ so you could divert it into a reservoir for a well, so that you can drink from it without fear of carp.

- You avoid toilets for fear that their U-bend may cause severe flooding.

- You get a small gash and drag yourself to bed, hoping that someone will bring you a bucket of water.

- You wish you could change your current job description, but it doesn't end in man.

- You sit at a workbench and scream "I must have rough gems! I must have metal bars! I must have leather!"

- You feel a strange urge every now and again to drag your best friend off to the Butcher's Shop and make a masterpiece out of his remains.

- You see road kill and immediately set to work turning it into clothing and bolts.
