Safehouses eliminated due to siege

I now have 2 of the 3 abandoned buildings unavailable because a group was wiped out in a siege and they've been (Under Siege) for years now even though they've been unoccupied. Any way to get 'em back?

I tried to play chess but two of my opponents were playing competitive checkers as a third person walked in with Game of Thrones in hand confused cause they thought this was the book club.

Wait, you mean that the G for give up is grayed out? If it's under siege, I don't think that's supposed to happen...

It's still a bug, just one that nobody's bothered to fix yet because you can get around it.
