Quite happy, I am, that my efforts paid off. :)
I force the Adamantine Thong to grow into proper armor.

I tear off a piece of the ceiling and fast-talk it into a woven asbestos-fiber three-piece suit.

Also, I'm just going to go out on a limb here and assume that I'm not standing right on top of the humaneater right now.
It's dead, so why would it matter?

Well, it could still kill me. It might explode, or start rotting and give me an unhappy thought.

1) What do you think this is, random event RTD?
2) [NOEMOTION]

Well, getting my head bitten off out of nowhere seemed sort of semi-random to me.

Also, if I have no emotions, can I just ignore pain? You know, just feel it but not care? The way John McCain doesn't care about poor people?

I need to fill this space while waiting for Thunderwewt to post.

I haven't made a Pain status, nor do I think I will ever.  Does that answer your question?
No turn today, probably not until later tomorrow, I have RL stuff happening.

I use pain as a generic plot device to justify roll fails, most of the time. You could take it into account and just use it from time to time.

Well.  I just think it's an unnecessary complication.
You can do things your way, but Pain is not something I intend to inflict. (blegh tongue twister)  Bleeding/limb loss/stunning will take the place quite nicely, I expect.

TURN FIVE

1. inaluct
I try and gain angelic healing powers as a result of my afterlife experience
[2]The angels sent to review your request reject you, burning a mark of the former onto your back.
Status: Naked, Marked

2. qwertyuiopas
I force the Adamantine Thong to grow into proper armor.
[4]It's about average "armor". +1 to non-bludgeoning attack types except heat and cold (I forgot to mention those the last time..  same applies for you, Frelock)
  Status: D5 Die
  Clothes: Adamantine Tho-"armor"

3. Frelock
I make some more armor from random metal lying about.
[2]It isn't made.
  Location: Start
  Status: None
  Clothes: Aluminum Chainmail; Aluminum Bracers

4. penguinofhonor
I attempt to make clothes out of cigarette smoke.
[3]You created a Smoky Thong.  Useless in actual combat, but at least covers you up to some black extent.
  Location: Start
  Status: Half-Chained
  HP: 9/10
EXP: 0/10 Smokin' Current Level 1 LEVEL UP!
  Clothes: Smoky Thong

5. Qmarx
I tear off a piece of the ceiling and fast-talk it into a woven asbestos-fiber

three-piece suit.
[FAIL]The ceiling is metal, like the walls, and does not tear off nor have asbestos.
  Location: Start
  Status: Naked

6. Thunderwoot
AUTOTURN: You pick up a Rope reed thong and a Rope reed shirt, thrown about by the rummaging earlier.
[2]Nothing is picked up.
  Location: Start
  Status: Naked, Bloody

7. Flintus10
I eat the dead humaneater to gain its strength
[3]You eat it.  You feel a tiny bit stronger, but not much.  You are bloodied by the raw meat.
  Location: Start
  Status: Naked, Bloody, Hasted
  EXP: Strength 1/10 CL 0

8. Emperor_Jonathan
I search for armor, throughout the room
[4]You find some Steel Platemail (+1 against bludgeoning attacks, -1 against piercing; no change vs all others; damage reduction 1HP)
  Location: Start
  Wearing: Steel Platemail
  Wielding: Aluminum Mace +1

A very mediocre day.  Some of you are far, far too ready to leave this room.  That lock?  It's hardly a lock at all.  Quality is Very Low.  Anybody should be able to pick it if they try.  (Of course, since we're on a hardlocked 4/6 success:attempt ratio due to the d6 die, that's not exactly true, but...)

Well, I would kick down the door, but I'm naked and I have some sort of demonic mark branded on me, so instead I'll try and get some clothes (or armor) and a weapon. As in, out of the bin.
