I can't seem to use the "Page Down" function (to access more areas in the industrial sector, or browse all of my liberals) at all, is there a way around this?

Ah, I should have searched further.  I've been piddling with this game for a few days now, and i'm really enjoying it.  I remember playing it a few years ago back when WW1 medic first came out, but I never really got into it.  I'm enthrauled now though!
