I had a trio of Armorers get into moods....  This is looking to be my favorite fort so far! :)

I can't wait for one of my Dwarves to hit Champion so I can equip him with all 3.

I'm hoping for my Weaponsmith and 4th Armorsmith to get into a mood soon.

Just got "Naturemean the Fabulous Flames" a Steel shield

This is a Steel Shield. All Craftdwarfship is of the highest quality. It is studded with Steel and encircled with bands of Iron. This object menaces with spikes of Steel.

This is a Chestnut earring.  All craftsdwarfship is of the highest quality. It is encircled with bands of Chestnut.  On the item is an image of a Chestnut earring in Oak.


Is that epic or what?


Just curious.. how do you make an image of a chestnut earring with oak?  Is that like painting a picture of a red car with only blue paint?

It's actually an earring SHAPED like a chestnut.  (fresh chestnuts are encased in a spiky outer husk, which looks TOTALLY dwarven...  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Chestnut03.jpg)

That should go 1 level down in a pit connected to a lever.  When you take prisoners, drop them on it and dump them many Z-levels down.  Or just put a pit in your dining hall with that over it and play "instant death marathon."

just got this new artifact called: Sportlovers the ruler of Erasure, This is a serpantine armour stand. It is decorated with shad bone and encircled with bands of leather, the object menaces with spikes of serpentine. on the item is a picture of saguarous in serpentine. On the item is an image of the blunt hammer, a red tourmaline mini-forge in prase. on the item is an image of puzzlescour, the courtesies of incense the alder cage in silver.
