Liberal Crime Squad: PageUp/PageDown

My "Page Up" and "Page Down" keys don't seem to be registering correctly in LCS. They're used to scroll long lists, such as the "active liberals" list, or the lists of locations. However, there is no visible response when I press either key at the appropriate time.

Has anyone experienced this problem or something similar?

Protip: Use the curses forum for LCS posts.

And no, I dont seem to be having an issue with my PgUp/Down buttons in game.
