Thanks. Also is there a good source for these novels translated to buy. I like to read them but I don't know where's the best place to buy them from. I like to help support the author and I prefer ground up dead tree carcass over angry pixies for reading.

Honestly, for english stuff amazon seems to be one of, if not the best, place to find official releases. Better options largely involve going direct to source (or scoping publisher catalogs, I guess), which can be tricky if you don't know the applicable native language. The dead tree market for this stuff exists, but it's kinda' shit in english.

You might also try rolling the dice on interlibrary loans. Depending on what's available to your local, there's no telling what they have access to. It's not super huge on the author support front, but it can manage deadtree. I swear we won't judge your taste in books much in public

This brings up an interesting question: is it better to go up to the cute young librarian or the old strict one when your intent is to confidently say "Excuse me ma'am, I'm looking for a young adult fiction novel entitled 'I want to be impregnated by my brother'"?

Seems to me both have their unique form of agony.

Personally, the old strict one for sure.
The younger one might, in shock, ask further questions.  "Oh, for research?" "Wha... why?" "Right??  Which is your favorite!?"
The older one won't be at all surprised, and will merely-
no wait a lot of nice old people get way inquisitive, and they do so with wisdom and insight and no shame, you're right this is truly a risky venture.

If it's something that would bother you, pray they have a form you could fill out. Alternatively ask for the english version of whatever that would be in whichever specific gibberlanguage it spawned from.

Realistically unless they're pretty new or the area is beyond conservative, they're probably not going to particularly care. Chances are good there's already incest smut on their shelves by way of romance fiction or classic literature or somethin', so what's something recent if you're giving them a dollar or whatever to cover shipping and they don't have to care about actually having it on the shelves?

E: Just... just remember to return it in good shape. Those will be forgotten. The incest smut you make the library go through the effort of replacing will be remembered for generations and used as an example to teach the young of the issues involved in ILLs. The thousand fifty shades of grey will draw no mention, but the porn rag you make us pay for will never leave memory.

Well, I'm old enough that "younger" no longer means "inexperienced" so I wasn't even thinking of that angle. Just more like "oh no, we be too reveal this bizarre internet rabbit hole to some unsuspecting kid".

That wouldn't strike me as a negative outcome.

It would be if you didn't really want to be discussing your preferred sort of incest literature at what's probably the front desk of a public library, heh.

I prefer my cute little librarian-chan thank you very much. I also would not mind discussing said reading materials as well.

"Hello sir or madam, can you please direct me towards my *weird fetish shit*?"
"Of course, sir or madam, right this way, and I'd like to reassure you that I don't think badly of you, I assist *sicko perverts* all the time, and you're not nearly the worst."

Now I'm thinking there has to be a person out there whose kink is getting kink-shamed/judged. So they go out to libraries with the wierdest requests just to get reactions out of people.

In kink-unrelated news, BNHA season starts this weekend eeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Requesting books in a library is low-level compared to the kink out there. Prime example is the 40+ year old Canadian college student who had a baby fetish, managed to convince the school nurse to "change his diaper". He tried it a second time and she refused and put a complaint in.

Unrelated? The show PG-panders to many, many kinks. Look inside yourself, you know it to be true.
