There's also the THQ Humble Bundle where you can get Metro 2033 for 1 dollar with a whole bunch of other THQ games.

It's almost a shame to see Metro 2033 being "devalued" so much. It's a wonderful game that people should have bothered to support. I'm waiting patiently for Last Light but THQ isn't a company I have the biggest faith in. Look at the abortion that's going to be the new Company of Heroes. *shudder*

It appears that the game is also on pre-order for 90 USD in my country.

Damn, after resisting buying it for so long (my "To play" list on steam being terrifyingly huge), I finally got it 1month ago on last Steam sales. And since then, I got it again with the THQ Bundle AND now they're giving for free. Well, at least I'm playing it right now and it's awesome, totally worth the 2.5€ I paid for it, but still, it's a bit irritating.

But yeah, get it, it's great.
