Executioner types and weapons

Since the hammerer is effectively the arbiter of punishment it would be nice if you could designate the title and weapon of choice for an entity's executioner. Effectively you could make different types varied on the entity. Ideally a token like [PUNISHER:<name>:<weapon>:<subtype>]

For example: eastern-style cultures could use katana to execute or goblins could use spiked flails or whips and so on.
