Convert Police Officers to Liberal Side

Hi,
I'd like to know what I have to do to convert a police officer to liberal side. In particular I'd like to have a sleeper agent at the police station, how can I reach this objective? Can I invite a police officer to talk with me to convert him or I can only kidnapp him and beainwashing him? Thank you. I hope my English was understandable, Bye.

Seduction is the easiest way.  You can recruit conservatives through discussing the issues if you manage to get your speech to awesomely high levels.  And converting them to liberalism through guitar playing first makes this much easier.  If you want to get an epic recruiter who can recruit anyone short of an arch-con, keep dating radio personalities until you find one with awesome stats, then train 'em to the max.

Ok, I was able to have a date but now...I should kidnap the Police Officer during a date or I should go on whit the dates?

you should seduce them, meaning continue on with the dates.  Police Officers are notoriously difficult to brainwash.

Here are the two easiest ways to get police sleepers, BY FAR:

1) Recruit a janitor at the police station, and wait for the janitor to recruit a police officer (although in my experience they usually recruit a Police Gang Unit   ;D)

2) Get Police Regulations to the point where they allow in Police Negotiators, some of them are Liberal and Moderate.  You'll need decent skills, but not amazing to recruit them.

not true thay just rate a 6 on my scale of brainwashing hardness.
agents and ccs guy are a lot harder.
but if you can seduce as it has no bad points

If you pack even an empty handgun, the odds of kidnapping go way up. I think its 100% with a gun, but not sure.

For a new player they would be hard to brainwash.  Not impossible, just something that newbies don't want to deal with.
