My dwarves love to party.

They love to party when there is critical work to be done.

I feel like I am abusing the system when I undesignate the rooms the dwarves party in. My clerk will party so long that he will never go to the depot to trade.

I would like to see an option for a sheriff to put a ban on parties while there is critical work to be done. It should give the partydwarfs an unhappy thought.
