This is a felsite condom.  All craftsdwarfship is of the highest quality.  It is encircled with bands of turtle bone, green glass, cave spider fat, and pig iron.  This object menaces with spikes of latex.
On the item is an image of a dwarf and dwarves.  The dwarves are undressing the dwarf.
On the item is an image of a goblin and a herpes simplex virus.  The herpes simplex virus is striking down the goblin. 
On the item is an image of a felsite condom in felsite.
