Yes, of course. apart from the masons there will be townies that do not know each other and can't do anything at night but Tip the cops... (Unless they haven't been elected or given a NK by the arms dealer)

Also... I think it's obvious but... A mafia must eliminate all other mafias to win (Not the Arms dealer) and have the same amount of people as the town , at least.

The town must eliminate all mafias (including Arms dealer and SK if there is one) to win.

Well... I've thought up a way in wich the game could be launched with 12 people and still be balanced and lots of fun... in case no one else signs up.
