Well it is a little confusing. But I'll give it a try

Guy1 decides he's had enough and attacks Guy2!
{4} Guy1 hits Guy2 knocking him to the ground (-1 all physical actions until standing up)

Guy2 does more strength training... by throwing Guy1 at the walls.
{1 + 1 strength training = 2} Guy2 fails to grab hold of Guy1 as he's knocked to the ground an also fails to gain any strength

Guy 3 attempts to possess guy 2.
{3} Guy 3 passes harmlessly through Guy 2 and clearly hasn't got the hang of this possession thing

Status:
Guy1: Dabbling fist fighter (1xp)
Guy2: Knocked down (-1 all physical actions)
Guy3: On astral plane, Dabbling possessor (1xp)

I suggest we keep more track of statuses, and keep those that were before us.
This way it should be:
Guy1:Befriended guy3,Dabbling fist fighter (1xp),Dabbling Searcher
Guy2:Crying, filling the room and the corridor with water.
Guy3:On astral plane.Dabbling possessor (1xp)
