Adding names in a file you can customize would be a pain in the ass for me to implement, but if you suggest names in this thread, I can add them into the game manually without too much trouble, and they'll show up in 3.19.0. Names come in these four categories:

Male First Names
Female First Names
Unisex First Names
Last Names

Oh dear do I love regular expressions. It made extracting and formatting this list from four giant switch statements in C++ code take about three minutes.
