So I was just watching the movie "Labyrinth" with my girlfriend for the eightieth time.

I had mentioned towards the beginning that I had heard that the goblin baby-snatching was inspired by the movie, but that I wasn't sure because I thought something similar was in older folklore as well.

Now, I also remember people noticing in the raw files that beak dogs (which goblins ride as mounts) had humanoid body shape, and saying that they were probably raptor-like, I think.

Anyway, towards the end of the movie, during the goblin city battle scene, I saw this:

David Bowie is the form Armok takes when he does not wish to cause murder and mayhem.
 For a little while, at least.

We already know David Bowie is some sort of magical creature.

Dude gets punched in the eye and what happens? It changes color. Not human.

What really bothers me is that he called a bipedal creature a "dog". That doesn't make any sense. It doesn't even drop on 4 legs to run!

Bear in mind that 95% of the cast consisted of puppets, they look scarier than they look...

Now we know how the goblins while away those long winter months in those chilly obsidian towers of theirs - by singing and doing the "dance, magic, dance" dance.

Oh, don't be so nitpicky.

Given that it seems to be old (the movie) and the goblins don't look that fearsome either, well, the ones in our games are probably much more fearsome.
