Humans siege?

I just had an interesting thought:

1) Do goblins send their king to siege you eventually?
2) Do humans siege you?
3) Do humans send their king eventually?
4) How about elves?

I think Humans keep sending higher and higher leaders until eventually they send a diplomat and you work out a treaty...


Is there even a Human King? They seem to be a mercantile based civ, So it screams to me that Your merchant princes would rule it... And they have no fighting skills whatsoever...

You see, booze is a parasite. It lives off dwarves and compels them to dig into the ground so as to create massive defences to protect it's self. It really shouldn't be called dwarf fortress, Booze fortress would make much more sense.
